Join an Info Session
Discover how The Windward School’s evidence-based program has helped thousands of students with dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities by attending an information session. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours, beginning with a presentation about the School’s transformational programs, followed by a Q&A session with the admissions team. The information session ends with a tour of our campus, where families can see The Windward School’s evidence-based program in action. If you decide to apply to The Windward School at your information session, a member of the admissions team will help guide you through the process.
Our Admissions Process
We help families through the admissions process every step of the way—from introductory conversations right up through enrollment.

Schedule an optional introductory call with a member of our admissions team.
Build a profile in our admissions portal, where you can learn more or complete your child’s application.
Come to campus for an optional information session to meet our admissions team, who will answer any questions you may have.
Visit our admissions portal to complete your child’s application. The financial aid process can begin at any point in the process.
The admissions team will review your child’s application and determine if they should move forward to screening.
Your child completes a diagnostic testing session and visits a Windward classroom.
Parents/guardians meet with members of the admissions team to discuss results of the screening and receive our recommendations.
Contracts are sent to applicable families on a rolling basis from February until all eligible seats are filled.
Welcome to Windward! Students not receiving seats remain on the waitlist.
