
Ms. Golden is currently the Coordinator of Language Arts for the lower and middle school divisions at The Windward School’s Manhattan Campus. As coordinator, she evaluates and creates curriculum for grades 1-9, mentors teachers, guiding them through lesson planning and material selection, and presents professional development workshops. Since starting at The Windward School in 2009, she has taught language arts, social studies, and study skills to students in grades 5-8. She is on the faculty of The Windward Institute and presents the workshop, Writing Strategies for Older Students, previously Expository Writing Instruction: Part Two-Grades 4-9.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, she completed her Master of Science degree in Childhood General and Special Education at Bank Street College of Education.
