Working memory is essential to effective learning. Along with the executive functions and language ability, working memory facilitates or can impede ease of learning. This workshop will provide an essential discussion of the role and impact of working memory on students, along with ways to recognize working memory failures, and important practical techniques to support and teach those with working memory deficits.
