Strategic Plan
In late January 2019, The Windward School's Board of Trustees approved a strategic plan, Writing the Next Chapter. The Strategic Planning Committee engaged in a robust and detailed process to develop a new vision statement, values, and goals to guide the School through the next five to seven years. We are pleased to share The Windward School's Writing the Next Chapter Strategic Plan with the community.
