The Compass Winter 2021 issue tells the story of how The Windward School has continued persevering through the obstacles presented by the ongoing pandemic. Windward reopened its campus doors for the 2020-21 school year in the fall, with many health and safety procedures implemented, and there was a clear sense of joy and relief throughout the community for the ability to reenter familiar routines. 

The 10-page feature lifts up the incredible work of Windward's behind-the-scenes heroes, the 120+ non-academic staff members, who have risen to work in harmony and are "Meeting the Moment."
