On April 3, 2023, from 4–7 p.m., The World Dyslexia Assembly convenes at David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Centre, in New York City. The advocacy and efforts of Made By Dyslexia in championing those with dyslexia align with Windward’s vision of a world where those with language-based learning disabilities are empowered to achieve unlimited success. Made By Dyslexia has also partnered with Microsoft in creating free online training for educators to support learners with dyslexia, with an aim toward elevating awareness of neurodivergent learners and providing resources to support these students.
This year’s assembly, supported by New York Public Schools, includes inspirational speakers with dyslexia who have achieved remarkable things in their fields. Made By Dyslexia shared on their website, “Join the ultimate alliance of global game-changers to learn how we can change schools and workplaces to enable Dyslexic Thinking to thrive.”
All families who are able to attend are encouraged to join us at this event!
